If you forgot your password, please follow the "Lost password?" link on the homepage and enter the email address you used for registration. You may refer to the user manual for more information.
Is there a cost to access CLiKC?
Access to CLiKC! is totally free of charge for Customs officers of WCO Member administrations.
Is this website restricted to Customs officers?
Yes. This website is basically available only for Customs officers and a few other government or international officials on a case-by-case basis.
There is no national co-ordinator in my country, what should I do?
If your administration has not nominated a national co-ordinator yet, we invite you to contact them in order to get their view with respect to accessing the WCO e-learning programme. However, we will consider your registration request if you send an email to email@example.com from an official customs email address.

Will I get a certificate at the end of a course?
Some of the e-learning courses will deliver a certificate upon completion. They are indicated by an icon similar to the one below.
In order to get the certificate, all lessons of the course should be completed and all the evaluations should be succesfully passed with a score above 70%.
The certificate is located at the end of the course page and the link appears only if the conditions are met.
