  Introduction to the Mercator Programme

  Based on the WCO TA/CB methodology, instruments, tools and infrastructure, the WCO has in June 2014 launched a trade facilitation-specific programme called the Mercator Programme to assist Members in implementing trade facilitation reforms, including the TFA, in a harmonized way, by using WCO instruments and tools. These videos will give you an overview of the support provided by the WCO with respect to the different facilitation measures.
