CERTIFICATION

Will I get a certificate at the end of a course?

Currently, the WCO is not giving certificates for students following the courses in a self-learning mode. We invite you to contact your national co-ordinator in order to get more information on the certification policy related to the WCO e-learning programme adopted at the national level.

Is there a cost to access CLiKC?

Access to CLiKC! is totally free of charge for Customs officers of WCO Member administrations.

How to get registered?

If you are a Customs officer: to be registered and receive an username and password, please contact your national coordinator (the list is available here).

 

I had a login for the e-learning before but it is not working on CLiKC!

The login and password for accessing CLiKC! are different than for the previous e-learning website. All accounts will be progressively moved to CLiKC! and you will receive a message with your new login and password at that time. The previous website will still be available as long as all accounts have not been created on CLiKC! Please contact your national co-ordinator if you want to get more information on the migration process.

Is there a cost to access CLiKC?

Access to CLiKC! is totally free of charge for Customs officers of WCO Member administrations.

Is this website restricted to Customs officers?

Yes. This website is basically available only for Customs officers and a few other government or international officials on a case-by-case basis. 

There is no national co-ordinator in my country, what should I do?

If your administration has not nominated a national co-ordinator yet, we invite you to contact them in order to get their view with respect to accessing the WCO e-learning programme. However, we will consider your registration request if you send an email to learning@wcoomd.org from an official customs email address.

Who can register?

This website is basically available only for Customs officers and a few other government or international officials on a case-by-case basis.

You may consult the list available here to find the contact details of your national co-ordinator.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

A blank window is shown when I try to enter an e-learning course.

To properly watch the e-learning courses, you should ensure that:

  • You have Adobe Flash Player installed on your browser
  • Your pop-up blocker is turned off.

Please refer to the user manual for more details on how to do that.

I cannot login for the first time.

If you have troubles getting connected to CLiKC!, we would advise you to follow the following steps.

  • On the homepage (http://clikc.wcoomd.org), enter the login and password that have been sent in the previous message (Subject: "CLiKC, the WCO Customs Learning and Knowledge Community: New user account" and Sender: learning@wcoomd.org). We would advise you to copy and paste the password from the email to avoid any mistyping.
  • You will then reach a second page with the fields to define your personal password:
    • In the first field, enter (or paste) again the password contained in the email.
    • In the second field, type the new password that you will define. Please read carefully the instructions regarding the structure of this password.

  o In the last field, repeat again your new personal password.

I lost my password, what should I do?

If you forgot your password, please follow the "Lost password?" link on the homepage and enter the email address you used for registration. You may refer to the user manual for more information.
