Introduction to the Mercator Programme
Based on the WCO TA/CB methodology, instruments, tools and infrastructure, the WCO has in June 2014 launched a trade facilitation-specific programme called the Mercator Programme to assist Members in implementing trade facilitation reforms, including the TFA, in a harmonized way, by using WCO instruments and tools. These videos will give you an overview of the support provided by the WCO with respect to the different facilitation measures.

A l’aide de la méthodologie d’AT/RC de l’OMD, des instruments, des outils et de l’infrastructure de l’OMD, en juin 2004 l’OMD a lancé un programme spécifique sur la facilitation des échanges appelé Programme Mercator, visant à apporter un soutien aux Membres dans la mise en œuvre de réformes de la facilitation des échanges, englobant l’AFE de façon harmonisée et en utilisant les instruments et outils de l’OMD. Ces vidéos vous présentent le support apporté par l'OMD à propos des différentes mesures de facilitation des échanges.
